About Me

I’ve been working with Venecia very closely for the past month and I wanted to make sure you were aware of some of her awesomeness!

The project that Venecia is working on is a very complex recreation of an existing application where we don’t have access to the code and/or the documentation is not very robust. 

Venecia has been tracking down requirements in places that I have never even thought to go – Legal department, Reporting departments, HR, etc.  Once she finds the requirements, she then goes to track down the primary source of the data to support that requirement, again going to multiple teams to interview their users and developers to track it all the way to the source. 

It’s hard work, it takes a long time, and Venecia pursues it to the end, which then gives the development team a Head Start in being able to develop solid code.  

Venecia cares about the details and she makes sure others pay attention if those details affect their team. 

I’m really happy to be working with her.

It had been a pleasure working with you on the TechOps Work Force program since November last year. I have found you to be a humble person, and a very hard-working team player. Your analytical skills are just amazing. You have the ability to wade through complex logic and understand and explain to others the minute details that most would either not understand or appreciate. I have benefitted a lot from working with you as that has strengthened my understanding of the Work Force domain. I also very much appreciate the patience and perseverance you have demonstrated on several occasions. You have accomplished a lot as a Product Manager and contributed significantly to the progress that this program has made so far. Thank you for all your contributions! I look forward to working with you in the future as well.
